Fees
A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required at the time of scheduling your evaluation. The remaining balance is due on the day of testing. We do not accept insurance, but we can provide an insurance receipt upon completion of the evaluation process.
At this time, we do not accept insurance and are considered out-of-network for all insurance carriers. Upon request, we can provide a superbill receipt or monthly statements for services, which you may submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your specific policy, which may include a deductible, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm coverage details. Please note that insurance claims typically require a mental health diagnosis, and we cannot guarantee reimbursement.

At Quantumplayt, we operate outside insurance networks, meaning we do not partner with or accept payments from insurance providers. Pricing details are shared early, repeated throughout the process, and always accessible for your reference.
